Eky is the Founder and CEO of Tarva Living and she is a mother of 5 children. She has devoted herself to studies of yoga, meditation and holistic wellness practices since her teenage years traveling and learning different techniques from around the world. She is an enthusiastic cook who first earned her food manager certificate at the young age of 15 in the US. Eky aims to be the first Mongolian graduate from Precision Nutrition, a nutrition coaching and professional education company. She holds a BA in Marketing and has an assistant teacher certificate from Association Montessori Internationale. Eky also holds a 2nd Level Degree in Rainbow and Usui Reiki from Rainbow Reiki® and RYT 200 accreditation from Yoga Alliance®.
She and her husband has taken on a vegan diet while two of her children have celiac disease which leads them to have a gluten-free diet and one child with lactose-free diet. She aims to help people who has health difficulties and people having a hard time having a healthy habit in Mongolia as well as be a factor for Mongolians to adopt a healthy lifestyle. She firmly believes eating healthy is the best way to be healthy physically and mentally.
